      Pros

      Uplifting working environment! Great couching staff! A ton of intensives! Very competitive compensation plan! Just a all around awesome vibe at Homes.com! They really take care of there employees and provide all the training you will need to be the best at what you do here ! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

      Great atmosphere and one of a kind team

      Pros

      Great sales position to challenge you and promote growth. Never been part of a team where other sales people go out of their way to help you better yourself and increase sales. A chill place to work, always good music playing and its great pay for the work.

      Cons

      Music can be too loud at times and the stress of the job can be much at times.

During the initial training period, as you know, we do pair new sales representatives with more experienced sellers and we allow for this upon request, but we could probably do more to facilitate this on an ongoing basis.
