Pros

The support and training at Homes.com are by far the best I have had in my entire career. Previous to this position I have been a sales trainer for 8 years. Homes.com has perfected the intricacies of developing a sales professional in order to reach their full potential. My personal managers Erin Lewis and Tim Rabara work with me regulary to perfect my craft. I am beyond pleased and impressed with Homes.com as a a whole! If you are interested in joining Homes.com family you will be happy you did.

Cons

Not much of a negative but you must have a strong work ethic and a positive mindset to succeed. That goes for all sales positions and life in general.

Pros

Extraordinary Training - They make everything easy and simple to understand so that when you get on the phones you're confident, prepared and ready to go. Serious Money Making Potential - The commission structure is awesome. Write your own check type of job. Get good at selling to Real Estate agents and we're talking 6 figures no doubt! I wouldn't be there if the potential wasn't. - Great Management - Super cool and fun! They are there for you 100% of the way. Whatever you need to be successful, its provided. If you do your job, you have nothing to worry about. And it's a sales job so you already know what you're signing up for. -Hours are perfect. You always go home when the sun is out.

Cons

The place is pretty much set up for you to succeed and make a lot of money if you do what it takes to be a good salesperson. Remember, it always comes down to you. No cons, this place is great :)

The training team is doing great things and working on even better content and delivery methods to be released soon. If there's ever anything we can do better, don't hesitate to let us know. Thanks again!

Pros

-“Uncapped” commissions and a legit opportunity to make six figures if you’re a grinder (2-3 reps are hitting that out of the whole company) most reps are probably in the 50-70k range -Managers who care about your success -Great training (you have 6 months to hit a very easy quota) - Guarateed $3,000 bonus over the first 3 months to get you going -Upbeat office environment -Great hours of 7am-3:30pm

Cons

-A heavy amount of cold outbound dials (not necessarily a con) -A negative reputation in the industry for having an inferior product -Newer reps can’t sell all the products available -High turnover.. they never stop hiring

Thanks for this 4-star-review. While we're proud of our nearly 30-year-history of helping real estate professionals grow their business, we recognize that we need to constantly enhance our product offering. We've spent the last year making significant upgrades and those are paying off for our customers. This process is continual for us. Thanks again for the feedback!
