      Pros

      You can make your own paycheck. I have worked here for 2 1/2 years and can honestly say it is a great company and in our office they will not micromanage you. Great friendly work environment. Sales side isn't cut throat. Everyone is helpful and supportive. There are opportunities to advance into management.

      Cons

      Bagels twice a week doesn't help the belt line.

      Professional training and continued support. Uplifting team style management. Open commission structure. All tools to be successful. No micro management. Transparency. Honesty. Winning environment. President's Club. Full benefits. Numerous daily, weekly, monthly, rewards. Sales VP with sales in his blood and best selling author. Sales manager former top producing representative.

      Cons

      Only con would be 2nd floor office of a 3 floor building with no sun roof.
