Money is good at first. People are amazing.

Cons

Leadership used to be great. Never seen a company go through this many changes this quickly. Good luck making money last your first year if you stay in the same role

Healthy Competitive Atmosphere in sales org.

Cons

Busy servicing accts which you don’t get paid on so you don’t have time to sell and earn commissions. Lots of changes to comp plan every couple of months

My direct manager, they were the GOAT, and my team.

Cons

Literally everything else, they changed everything every month so you never knew what your commission was, what you were selling (always a pipe dream, just in different flavors), your kpis, or who we’ll be there.
