Pros

Meet some interesting people, short work days, hour lunch, offer benefits, closed holidays and weekends and get paid time off after a certain amount of time.

Cons

micromanaged, management treats employees like children. Revolving door, silly rah rah meetings and make you watch strange motivational materials.one minute late gets you a tick off

Pros

There are no pros to working here

Cons

Where do I start. Low base pay of only $8.00 an hour. Lots of cold calling and disapointment. Managment is not supportive. Lack of training about the products. The way you gain a commision here is by becoming a used care sales man, and lie to the customers, yes management wants you to lie.

Pros

sharp selling skills, great young coworkers, used to be a fun place to work

Cons

stressful, poor pay, extremely low ROI, you're probably not going to make a commission check after being around for 1 year+
