Pros

Great work hours! One of the friendliest and supportive sales environment I’ve been apart of. The job specific training is very educational and helpful throughout the sales training process. You must be hard working, but you will get in return what you put in. Overall enjoy my job!

Cons

Have to put in Your dials to receive results. Getting in contact with the agents can be challenging at times, and clients don’t always make their appointments due to being so busy!

Pros

The company culture is positive, supportive, and fun overall. I am amazed at the average tenure when I speak with others in the organization. Solid training is always provided and management works hard to ensure everyone has the tools needed for success. Benefits are excellent and every department shares the same mission of teamwork, collaboration, and sense of urgency with a shared focus on customer satisfaction overall.

Cons

I can honestly say I have not found a downside to working at Homes.com.
