Pros

The training here is AMAZING!!! Not only do they give you an ample amount of time to learn the product and find your groove (which was particularly helpful for me as this is my FIRST sales job), but the amount of care and tools they give you to ensure your success is in matched. Erin Lewis and Brian Iufer do an amazing job getting each new class of trainees prepared for the everyday grind of the sales floor! The atmosphere created by ALL of the management team and the Veteran top producers is very conducive to ones growth. A very unique sales floor because of the support, and encouragement shown throughout!

Cons

Lunch break is only 30 mins long It IS a sales job sooo....be prepared for the emotional roller coaster that comes along with it

Thanks for this 5-star-review and the detailed feedback! Erin and Brian are wonderful...really positive, very committed to our employees' success...we are blessed to have them on our team. I'm so happy that the training provided has made you feel comfortable in your first sales job. Just wait...we are working on very exciting enhancements to our training methods and content that will be released this summer. Most of our sales reps tell us that they're happy to have a 30-minute lunch break in order to have a shorter work day. That said, I have passed this along to our local management team for consideration. Again, thank you!

Pros

Excellent products and customer service are important to management. Management is open to suggestions from employees and encourage growth. Management provides annual awards to employees nominated by other emmployees and/or supervisors. It is a good company to start a career and move up through the ranks. Again, the company is tirelessly devoted to improving products and ensuring customer satisfaction, both internal and external

Cons

Homes.com is part of Dominion Enterprises (DE). DE is huge in size. When a company is big, one challenge is the distribution of financial profit/bonus with majority of employees.

Thanks so much for your tenure with the company, and for your review. We really appreciate the feedback, and are glad you see that constant desire to improve our products, and the growth and development of our teams. Compensation and incentives/bonuses are something we are always looking at. This is an active topic of ongoing conversations with management. We appreciate your input there for sure. Thank you!
