Pros

Homes.com has fantastic management and a phenominal training program! Management does everything in their power to make their associates succeed.

Cons

All business is originated from cold calling. I oftentimes also questioned if the product worked as many agents complained about not receiving enough leads. In general, most real estate agents are cheap and not willing to put the necessary work in to be successful.

Pros

I have been working at Homes.com for about a year and 5 months, pros of this company is their great training at the beginning and the constant training they keep thru your time there, always trying to keep you motivated thru spiffs, management is great, always there for you, its a great atmosphere if you are ready to come to work, it is not a easy job but manager and our director is always there for you, great benefits, you can win trips thru raffles, and great co-workers

Cons

Base could be a little higher or commission, its hard at the beginning but everything takes work.
