Pros

Collectively, I've worked for Homes.com almost eight years. The opportunities for education and growth have been instrumental to my success as a marketing professional. Having worked for other businesses in the Hampton Roads area, I can tell you there is no better place to develop your skillset. The amount of technology at your finger tips is definitely not offered at other companies in this area.

Cons

Competing against major brands in California can be a challenge to overcome.

Pros

Hours, Comm plus hourly. Great to fight traffic. Helps improve sales skills in all areas of life. Cool outside activities, company parties, etc.

Cons

can be challenging for some who are shy/introverted.

I agree that sales can be challenging for folks who are more introverted but proud to say that several of our top producers are more the quiet type and have found great success with us.
