      The energy change I needed.

      Pros

      When I interviewed with homes.com I felt, wow this seems like a cool place to work. You can feel the energy as soon as you walk through those front doors. This is a place for endless opportunity, they give you the tools to be successful and it all on you to reach your goal. The are with you every step of the way. I've worked for big companies like Geico, The Hartford, Wawanesa and I can honestly say I felt WAY more at home with Homes.com. They don't change who you are, but enhance who you are. The trainers Erin, Justin and Chris are top notch and really honest and down to earth people. I know I made the right choice.

      Cons

      The traffic leaving work is always crazy packed. I wish everyone could have a 7am-3:30pm shift.

      This is great to hear. I love the energy in our San Diego office as well! Thanks for the feedback on the shifts. It can be a challenge as we try to balance employee convenience with the hours needed to reach our prospects when its most convenient for them. We've gotten better at offering flexibility and will continue to explore options. Thanks also for the feedback regarding managers interacting with our newer employees.       Was a Great Department but Lack of Overall Goals

      friendly people (co-workers), fun company culture, relaxed work environment, easy tasks, some room for growth, some supportive supervisors

      Cons

      low pay, lack of overall guidance and clarity around position and goals of department, micromanagement, incompetent leadership

      Great work environment, everyone works together, awesome benefits, management is very helpful and motivating, cultural club with fun events, garage parking, competitive vacation time and holiday time off, secure workplace, and a fun company to be a part of
