      Pros

      The first 3 months at this job I was struggling but my team lead and my manager help me out did not micromanage me they helped me out and let me sell like myself.

      Cons

      This job is grind, if you struggle with rejection and adversity this may not be the job for you. But if you have a sport mentality love to learn and overcome adversity and see yourself grow into a great leader. This job is for you!

Starting a new career is pretty intimidating so we do our best to put great managers around our new sales employees to ensure success.       Great sales environment with awesome Training

      Pros

      One of the best pros about Homes.com is the training you go through during you're first few month to getting on the sales floor with a team. Justin Kluge is the team lead with the "bullpen" and he does a very good job with his reps getting them prepared to sale our products and services to those in need.

      Cons

      You need to have a positive mindset and strong work ethic to be successful here. Doesn't come easy but with effort and hard work you can really make some money here.
