Pros

compensation was fair at the time . . but never really kept up with the increasing cost of living

Cons

Was promised the world when they took over our company, at first things were ok, nothing spectacular then Homes.com closed down our location consolidating our company into another location. was told when they took over, that I was welcome too reapply for a job that I had for several years before I had ever head of homes.com

Pros

The people I work with are great. Management is a bit scattered but overall, the company is stable. The building is nice and the transportation system/parking benefits are good.

Cons

Lots of mixed messages with little direction as far as what our future holds for us. The leader left the company and the future doesn't look great. There is no profit share or any real benefit to helping the company succeed besides keeping a day job.

Pros

Friendly Enviornment with mostly friendly people. Unfortunately, if you aren't one of the top people you are going to struggle to hit quota and be laid off.

Cons

Upper Manangement has no care for the new people, Very High Turnover- more than any job I ever worked. SATURATED MARKET TOO
