Pros

The management is great, the training is in depth, and they genuinely seem to care about their employees. They recognize birthdays and holidays, have great opportunities for employees (contests, meetings, resources, ect.), and reward people for working hard at their job.

Cons

Only the usual downsides that come with dealing with consumers. Angry, frustrating customers, the random computer issue, ect.

Pros

A good way to get into the IT industry and do your time. Some of the managers are great.

Cons

Salary not competitive, lack luster benefits, office space is crowded, little to no room for advancement

Pros

Holiday potlucks are delicious. Met some great people here. Looking back I enjoyed the culture a lot. The underpaid management has a tendency to act like grade school teachers, but you don't have to deal with that a lot.

Cons

You work on a shitty platform with outdated technology. There is no focus on quality. Its a sales driven company, where the salesmen make promises that no one intends to deliver and the company doesn't do anything to fix this. Its target clientele is backwoods realtors that have no idea what a computer is. The pay is a joke, but its also very easy.
