Pros

Uplifting working environment! Great couching staff! A ton of intensives! Very competitive compensation plan! Just a all around awesome vibe at Homes.com! They really take care of there employees and provide all the training you will need to be the best at what you do here ! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints....

They train you for 3 months. First month is product knowledge, sales techniques and business morals.

Cons

No cons, seriously great training approach.
