      Great atmosphere and one of a kind team

      Pros

      Great sales position to challenge you and promote growth. Never been part of a team where other sales people go out of their way to help you better yourself and increase sales. A chill place to work, always good music playing and its great pay for the work.

      Cons

      Music can be too loud at times and the stress of the job can be much at times.

During the initial training period, as you know, we do pair new sales representatives with more experienced sellers and we allow for this upon request, but we could probably do more to facilitate this on an ongoing basis.       Culture can be improved

      Pros

      I was on a great team so I was able to enjoy most of my time there. It's definitely a great place to start your career.

      Cons

      The overall culture of the company is not too great. It's a waterfall agile environment. Management does not seem to listen to the pain points that developers are constantly having, which is why there is such a high turn over. It's not too late to change. Lots of potential for improvement.

      Pros

      Hours, Comm plus hourly. Great to fight traffic. Helps improve sales skills in all areas of life. Cool outside activities, company parties, etc.

      Cons

      can be challenging for some who are shy/introverted.

I agree that sales can be challenging for folks who are more introverted but proud to say that several of our top producers are more the quiet type and have found great success with us.
