Pros

break room sales spiffs friendly co-workers Commission

Cons

Products barely work. Agents are getting harder and harder to sell too. You only do well if managers favor you and feed you leads. NO CAREER PATH. YOU WILL BE A SALES EXECUTIVE UNTIL YOU DIE. Unless you are office pet and a manager quits.

While I was disappointed to read your review, I do appreciate your candor. We learn from each review, both positive and negative. We certainly are not perfect but are working hard each day to get better and better. I'm sorry you did not have a great experience during your employment with us and wonder if you spoke openly to our managers about your concerns. We do have an open door policy here and we pride ourselves in promoting from within. In fact, in the past year in our San Diego location, 5 account executives have been elevated to roles with greater responsibility. I'm sorry we weren't a fit for you and I wish you success!

IT job leading to nothing

Pros

Easy work, not a lot to. Most of the time we do not have to quality check any work. Nice easy paycheck.

Cons

Managers are on power trip and most of them do not think about the business. Super low pay - not worth it. Get another job

Homes.com has an Open Door policy, where we strongly encourage employees to share concerns and opportunities for improvement with company management. If there is ever an issue with a particular manager, then I ask that you please seek out another manager in your reporting structure or reach out to me directly. I would welcome the chance to talk through this with you. In terms of the description of an "IT job leading to nothing," I have to admit that I don't see this very often at Homes.com. In fact, we have had numerous promotions from within our IT department this year, with several in just the past few weeks. I encourage employees to please help us get better and address any workplace issues in a transparent and collaborative way. -David Mele, President, Homes.com
