The way the company treats their employees, the pay is great, and the hours allow you to have a work-life balance.

There isn't any downsides to this company. At least not in my experience.

Pros

I have been with Homes.com for about 8 years and that is saying a lot when you are in sales. I have seen this company grow in many different ways. The culture, pay, management, and even the direction of the company. In every single way, these has been positive changes. One of the best things I love about our San Diego office is all the support you get from EVERYONE, from management to my fellow Co-Account Executives. The sales managers don't micromanage here bit they will keep you accountable for your goals and your 'why'. They are more like coaches then Sales Managers and I think the reason for this is ALL the Sales Managers even the Director started on the phones. They know what it takes to be successful at this job and they care about the development of the reps. One of the best aspects of this job is the commission structure. I love that I can write my own paycheck.

Cons

Working with real estate agents is a love-hate relationship. It took me a little bit to get use to that agents usually don't keep their appointments. Your follow up is key at this job. This job is a grind and if you don't have the right mindset this cod be the hardest job out there. What's great is all the managers have an open door policy and ready to help or answer any of your questions.

Thanks for this 5-star-review and for the detailed feedback. Super helpful as we continue to focus on culture in San Diego and elsewhere in our company. I'm so happy that you see all of the changes we've made in the last few years as positive. And, yes, that office is filled with support for our employees and managers who have their employees' backs each day. What you put into any sales job, as you say, is truly what you get out of it...this job is no different. Selling to salespeople is a fun challenge and one that is very rewarding. Thanks again and please let us know if there are areas where we can improve!
