      Homeside has a work environment that is second to none. Great people that really seem to want you to succeed

      Cons

      Days can be long as entry level but the higher ups are very appreciative of the work you do no matter your position

      Pros

      Amazing company filled with management that listens. If you work hard, there's no mortgage company with better pay. The atmosphere is amazing and fun!

      I believe Homeside Financial has an awesome group of beliefs, the culture is current and fun, the staff is great and they provide good customer service to the customers.

      Cons

      I believe that Homeside Financial is a great company to work for. My only complaint is that the company was not open years ago for me to be employed at.
