      Great company culture- I don't dread going to work. We work hard & play hard! Fun to be around these people! Great employees - You will find people that will become your best friends Great growth potential - Since I have started working here, the expansion of the company is on an exponential rate! We will become a top 10 Lender in a few short years! Young company - 1. Young in its journey, 4 year old company working like a staple in the industry. 2. Young vibrant people work here & are continuing to flock Growth potential - The company itself is growing & getting better, this company provides an amazing opportunity to grow yourself, able to improve one's personal & professional skills/abilities

      Cons

      The hours - You still work a 40 hour work week, but are separated by the long days are on Monday & Tuesday (9-7), Wednesday & Thursday (9-6), & Friday (9-4). Work/Life balance isn't ideal Brand name recognition - Not many people know about Homeside, it is lacking

      Pros

      I have found hat Homeside has a very well defined advancement path. The employees and management are incredibly knowledgeable about the industry. Management is always willing to step in and help at the drop of a dime. The company is also very innovative in what they do in the industry and promote an upbeat culture. Overall a great company and group of people. Can't see myself anywhere else at the moment.

      Cons

      Health benefits and 401k are not very good. Company is growing at a really fast pace and it is effecting management's ability to be hands on.

      Pros

      Office culture and great people to work with make coming to work easy.

      Cons

      Too many instances of favoritism, back stabbing, and lies to list here. Nothing is ever what it appears to be. Working hard and being dedicated will not save your job if you don't/won't participate in office politics or become a suck up. If you came with them from the very start of Homeside you may be treated better.
