Everyone is very helpful, have good core values, works to help employees become successful in their positions.

Pros

Homeside is a great place to work! You can tell management really cares about the employees and their success. Homeside has lots of tools and resources in place to make our jobs easier.

Cons

401K matching is minimal. Vacation/sick time is minimal compared to my past employers.

Pros

Executives and Management are a group of people who have been in the business for a long time who really know their stuff, and also use their experience to be flexible and embrace the changes that the industry always so kindly provides. The feel is supportive, forward-moving, and encouraging. With the company being relatively new comparatively, there are many opportunities for individual growth, personal input, and advancement.

Cons

As with any newer and growing company, there are some bumps in that road as expansion and needs arise. This is not really a "Con", per se, but there are fairly constant changes and improvements to keep everyone on their toes. Benefits like retirement matching, pension, and profit sharing are not what you would see at other Big Name companies in the industry, but they are improving. Overall compensation, however, is comparable to what other companies offer.
