Pros

Very fun work environment. Open line of communication - from the partners down - there is no one that won't pick up the phone and answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Everyone is always very upbeat, but most importantly, more than willing to go the extra mile for all of our customers! Makes coming to work easy!

Cons

There aren't many cons that I have experienced thus far. Great company, great people, great values, great time!

Pros

I have worked for this company for about 2 months now, and I can honestly say that I want to retire with homeside. I have never worked for a company who genuinely cares about you as a employee. This company is an amazing place to work because of the great bonus structure, and the family oriented environment. With being a loan processor, your job can be very stressful, but Homeside does an amazing job of balancing work and play. This is a great company that is growing fast in the mortgage industry, and I'm glad to be apart of this FAMILY!!!!

Cons

Only downside is that it's a young company.

Pros

The work culture is unlike any other company. Everyone has a good attitude going to work each day. furthermore, the company hosts fun events and bonding events outside of the office.

Cons

Stating off in a call center is not something most people want to do. That being said, Homeside makes this position enjoyable and leads to good opportunity int he near future!
