No real cons except that growth sometimes presents challenges.

Pros

Fun, energetic professionals who are given the ability to create their own paths in the company and industry. They not only want to standout but want to see those around them succeed too. This is a young company so the potential for promotions and continuous growth is limitless!

Cons

Don't just have contests for and focus so much on the production of the sales staff. Give those in all departments more companywide recognition.

Pros

Top notch communication within the company. All the way from the corporate office on down. You will always feel that someone is here to help you close loans. Very employee and borrower friendly atmosphere. It is actually very enjoyable to work here.

Cons

Only con I can think of is that we are growing fast. Which always means minor growing pains. But that is expected. We work through them.
