Pros
I have only been with this company less than 6mos, but it feels like I have been working here forever. We work extremely hard, but we also have fun. My team has become my second family. We REALLY do make an amazing team, everyone pulls together and gets the job done. I honestly love working here. I adore the people and my management. The management and your co-workers are behind you on rough days, right there with you 200% on rougher days and is proud of you every step of the way. We ALL give constructive feedback on how to improve and make things better. Our managers listen. My manager is right here with us late nights and weekends. That's amazing! That's the leadership I have been searching for a long time.
Cons
Noise pollution. The only con. It's wonderful to talk and I love getting along with everyone, but when you are busy you need to burry yourself into your work. When there is no privacy or appropriate height cubicle walls, others tend to interrupt when you are in the middle of a file, talk over you without realizing you are on the phone or just plain in the middle of stuff, not because they are being rude, but because it's an open space mentality. The job is stressful as it is, noise pollution makes it that much stressful. I am not used to the open floor and people talking on top of each other and over each other's phone calls.
