Pros

I love working for Hometown Logistics. Management is supportive, enthusiastic, honest, and knowledgeable of the industry. The sky is the limit for this company, and I'm thrilled to be a part of it.

Cons

The only con of working for Hometown Logistics is that it's not a good place for people who are lazy. If you have a strong work ethic, you will do very well here.

Pros

Hometown Logistics is a great company to work for, with leadership that cares about seeing everyone do well and make money. Very laid back vibe, but full of hard workers who help each other succeed. If you want to launch a career in freight, this is definitely the environment to do it. If you've already run the gambit, working for shady brokers, this place will feel like a breath of fresh air. This is how freight brokerage is meant to be done!
