Pros

Hometown gives you the tools to essentially be your own boss, while still gaining the benefits of help from the entire team as well as the bosses. The environment they have created is unprecedented in my experience. Everybody wants to help, the bosses genuinely care about your personal success. Brad and Nate are great bosses and their training program will set you up for success.

Cons

This requires a five word minimum, but this company has no cons I can think of
