Most everyone is lazy and think showing up is all they have to do to get paid. A lot of waste of company money due to this. Management worries more about the amount of the bonus to keep cost low then getting employees their needs. You MUST have a uniform to work doesn't matter whose it is. But they don't supply big enough lockers for your clean uniforms coming back from being cleaned so 90% your uniforms are stolen so have to wash them at home. If you have a nasty chemical job it ruins your washer and other clothes.

Very much good ol' boys club, lots of disrespect, work almost every weekend, long hours, not good for families
