Management is honest and has great communication My teammates are very knowledgeable and easy to work with My team embraces change and loves being challenged!

Cons

Not even really a con but I wish the salary ranges for different positions were open for all employees to see.

Guess it's better than homelessness.

Cons

Fake culture....no one but the 3rd floor is paid a living wage. Zero wage transparency for the different positions. Men there make more than women. Extremely clicky
