Pros

Benefits are great, pay is good for management and up, but entry level is poor.

Cons

Poor infrastructure. Miscommunication and delivery of promises. Pay is not equal by position and the little guy is not compensated well. Top heavy company. Claim to be local but are very corporate in reality.

Pros

Honor Credit Union is rapidly growing making it a workplace with much opportunity for advancement. Honor has great company values, a strong presence in the communities they are located, good employee benefits, and an excellent company culture.

Cons

The credit union's branches are somewhat spread out which can leave some branches feeling a bit disconnected to the headquarters. There is not as much opportunity for advancement in the more distant branches.
