Pros

remote decent health insurance regular overtime options

Cons

This place doesn't care about you and they dont even try to pretend they care about you. This company funnels an outrageous amount of earnings to the top few percent while the bulk of the work lies on the care/market teams. Responsibilities for regional associates have grown outrageously in the last year and wages remain right in line with a Starbucks barista. The RA team seems to be complete throwaway roles for this company as they pile a majority of the responsibility/accountability onto their plates while letting the remainder of the company coast by on lower expectations and higher wages (which, to be clear.... are still grossly below what a company like this should be paying). They don't care. Management here is a train wreck. They don't know what they want, roll out new initiatives every week which constantly contradict other initiatives, and regional managers are out of touch. They will go on and on about how there's so much opportunity for growth, but there is very little actual internal movement since management positions are few and locked in long term.

Pros

Remote Work A lot of people who really care about the mission Some awesome co-workers

Cons

Management doesn't know what it's doing and is constantly changing things but does a bad job of sharing information. You will be blamed for not doing things the way they decided 15 minutes ago but didn't tell you because they were already thinking of how to change it again. Many of the things that go wrong are easily predictable. They will ask you to do things that don't make sense, and then blame you when it doesn't work.

Pros

The people are great. The leadership on my team was amazing. Very mission focused, which I enjoyed.

Cons

Changes to the org structure and bringing a new management really made things go downhill. They also are on the very low end of salaries.
