* Some really funny and friendly ICs * Great infrastructure tooling and deployment automation * Reasonable Pay

Cons

* Management is inept at best, manipulative at worst * The other reviews about toxic Amazon culture are unfortunately true. I made the mistake of writing them off as being posted by disgruntled employees but the situation was worse than I could have ever imagined. * Poor software quality. Basic industry standards like writing tests are discouraged. * General lack of engineering skills and practical experience * Constant micro-management * Endless meetings

None Tragic Pathetic Low intelligence Racist Prejudice

Cons

Unfair treatment & practices, harassment, inferior communication. So called managers are pathetic. Lack of training to care for the elderly in courses such as BBP, Respiratory Protection, etc. Lack of training on specific lifts, gait equipment. This company does not know OSHA, DOL or State laws.
