Thank you for being a part of our team and we super appreciate all the work that you do to help your clients! We're making constant improvements to the way you use the app and opening up as many shift opportunities as we can. I love that you're thinking of feature requests for the app! I've noted this and please do reach out to us if you have more ideas, keep them coming :).

Pros

Operates like close friends, very approachable (even management), caring about the well-being of employees.

Cons

Too positive, not entirely clear on how well you are performing. Severely underdeveloped training; not a clear methodology or structure to train employees.
