Pros

- App is easy to follow - Enough work options - Weekly pay

Cons

- No gas reimbursement if a job is long distance. You only get reimbursed if you have more than one job location to go to in a day - Jobs with regular caregivers dictate who become part of the crew - Most situations are hospice cases with family members in the house just looking for something to find wrong

Pros

Remote work… Great Coworkers that work too hard for the amount of $ they make

Cons

Executive leadership is terrible. Far removed from the work… could care less about compliance and client safety. If you don’t agree with the lies an chaos you will be laid off.

We encourage all employees to voice any questions and concerns through our Open Door process, including talking with your manager, our People Team, or anonymously through our anonymous feedback link on HomeBase. While disheartening to read, we truly value all employee feedback on your experience.

Pros

Well known start-up, recognizable in the industry

Cons

Terrible founders and other senior leaders. It's an act that they want to help seniors, really it's just about the money at the end of the day. Some teams are verbally abusive (particularly the care team). Steer clear, toxic culture with tone deaf techies who pretend they want to do good when really they are just looking for another start-up exist for their resume.
