      In the mad dash towards profitability and pressure from VC, the company lost its moral compass and instead of trying to save the very sensitive problem of caring for aging adults through thoughtful uses of tech, the name of the game is cutting corners, automating what shouldn't be automated, and exploiting the labor of caregivers and white collar employees

      Pros

      Orientation sounds so forthcoming and promising to Honor one another and it’s clients and caregivers.It sounds like a dream come true.

      Cons

      Policies and rules are merely for some and not for others.Honor knows perfectly well what psychological games and physical games they are playing with their employees.They just obviously don’t care.Honor can pull you career consistency at the drop of a hat and they will not hesitate to do so.

      Remote, benefits, you learn a lot!

      Cons

      Lots of asks and work flow changes and constant tags. You really need to be in a good mental health space to work here. Most the positions, especially the care pros, should be paid more !
