Flexible when having family emergency. My team works well together.

Cons

Pay could be better with work load we have. The constant changes in workflows are a lot. It is also hard to refer people to this company. Sometimes it seems way over looked for some that are more than qualified.

Great coworkers, fun challenges to solve, company mission provides a sense of purpose.

Cons

It is fast-paced and requires an ability to adapt with new learnings which can be challenging for those who haven't worked at a company at this stage of growth.
