Pros

Great hours and it’s work from home. Pay is good starting out. Pretty simple job with not a crazy amount of calls like other jobs.

Cons

Schedule is all over the place and you have to work one weekend day. You either work really early in the morning or start later in the day.

Remote first environment. Lots of caring people. Leading the way in innovation. Focused on solving problems to make things better. Great health benefits, matching 401k and equity grants.

Cons

There have been a lot of changes and it is hard to keep up.
