      Great Reps. Good at hiring you. The more jobs you accept the more they over load you with work.

      Cons

      Unfairness in job opportunities. Other caregivers apps don't reflect what's on your app. It doesn't matter how good you are, if a manager doesn't like you, they won't give you the job they had assigned to you.

      Refreshing to find a company that is passionate about the mission and willing to do the work to accomplish the goals. I enjoy the collaborative work environment and opportunities to continually learn and grow.

      It is a company that started with a great mission. Now the focus more on the money and not on the mission. Also, all good people are leaving. Breakneck culture.
