Pros

Wonderful mission, great co workers! Developed lasting relationships. Benefits are pretty good too.

Cons

Managers don't know how to people manage. People leave managers- not companies. No consistency in performance expectations from one colleague to another which ties into favoritism, gas lighting, and unfortunately A LOT of quiet firing even on top of recent lay offs (with more likely around the corner) HR is pretty terrible and folks are hesitant to reach out as it often ends with undesirable results and retaliation from inexperienced and misguided managers. Applicants be very weary.

It’s our goal and priority to provide an environment where our employees feel valued and supported, and that includes everything from being fairly compensated to receiving the right level of direction from managers. We’d welcome the opportunity to understand your feedback better so that we can make our employee experience the best it can be. If you’re not comfortable reaching out to your manager or our HR team, you are welcome to share anonymous feedback via the People Resources page on the Hub.

Pros

Pros: Remote work, Pay and benefits

Cons

There are so many cons with this company. FAVORITISM: If you want to get ahead you must be a favorite, even if you don't have the skill. Once they see what they want, they will move you up, even over other that are more qualified or have been there for a longer period of time. MANAGEMENT: They too are just hired with my real experience. They get away with everything, talking down to employees, discriminating against employees , wrongful termination. OVERWORKING EMPLOYEES: Managament will allow you to be overworked, working over your set schedule. Its feels like its a requirement to overwork, there would be times i would stay on with others way after 11PM and management was aware and said and did nothing.
