The app is convenient and you can make your own hours.

Cons

Base pay not enough for cost of living Poor to little training You will never meet your manager or supervisor. Take awhile to respond to texts or calls Most clients require some kind of medical needs but this company is a non medical service provider. They hire anyone which is concerning for patients and their families. Keep record of anytime they offer a bonus because they will forget to pu a bonus for a shift, especially if you are working overtime.

Honor is currently at an inflection point with it's business and this makes it an exciting place to work with a ton of opportunities for anyone who wants to really own things. They strike a good work life balance and leadership is truly invested in the employees.

Cons

Some usual growing pains from a startup hitting this stage but nothing that's highly unusual.
