Pros

Remote, pay is good, coworkers are smart and well meaning.

Cons

What team you get impacts your experience here. Some managers are good, and some have no priorities, experience, and treat employees very differently based on how much they like you or not. Managers may tell you to do something, ask you why you did it, and tell you to justify doing it, tell you to stop doing it, and ask when it will be finished all in the same day. Tech stack is chaotic, outdated, and there is not enough time to make things easier for developers.

Pros

Great people who care about the work they do. Trying to be disciplined to build a strong foundation.

Cons

Not as tech forward as it appears from the outside but trying to do more.
