Thank you for your review of Honor! We are glad that you rate Honor as a great place to work. Thank you for all of your efforts to contribute to our purpose of Expanding the world's capacity to care. Distributed work does come with the inherent challenges of bringing teams together to build relationship. Check out the new Success at Honor guide that has been published on the HUB. At Honor, we believe that having physical distance doesn’t have to mean having social or emotional distance. When working remotely or in hybrid teams, we have to make connecting more deliberate.

Pros

People are extremely dedicated to the work. Very fulfilling work that has a real impact on people's lives and well-being. Great company in a great industry with good long-term potential.

Cons

Not much accountability, especially for technology team. Field staff work very hard. HQ jobs are cushy (maybe a good thing for some).

Thank you for your review of Honor! We are glad that you rate Honor as a great place to work. Thank you for all of your efforts to contribute to our purpose of Expanding the world's capacity to care. At Honor, we see how much of themselves our employees put into their work. And the quality of that work humbles us. We make it a point to show our appreciation in a number of ways.
