Pros

The app is convenient and you can make your own hours.

Cons

Base pay not enough for cost of living Poor to little training You will never meet your manager or supervisor. Take awhile to respond to texts or calls Most clients require some kind of medical needs but this company is a non medical service provider. They hire anyone which is concerning for patients and their families. Keep record of anytime they offer a bonus because they will forget to pu a bonus for a shift, especially if you are working overtime.

Pros

There's a strong sense of purpose, working on solving a global crisis. The company is headed in a great direction and hires top talent. Leadership is pretty transparent about where we are, how we're doing, and what we need to do to get to the next level. Benefits are solid. Remote-first work model works well. And the people you get to work with are a joy.

Cons

Since acquiring Home Instead (which is a great thing, for the employees and the mission), the vibe leans more corporate than start-up.

Pros

flexible shifts, bonuses if you wait til client case is not filled.

Cons

They have no clue of how hard care pros try to keep the clients happy. No calls no show relief and no communication. They are ok until you express your concerns. They use a point system, they don't build relationships. You are just a number..vey bad retention. They don't care for real unless you can cover a case for them. Its all good until it isn't. Upper management suck. They don't resolve issues they click up.
