Amazing culture. Everyone is positive and supportive and knows how to give constructive feedback. Competitive salary. Fully remote for HQ employees.

They are still working on improving and streamlining some processes.

Little accountability: once you’re in, very hard to get fired. Salary is unlimited PTO, though I’m sure it will be changed soon

A messy operations model, bound to crumble eventually
