Pros

None. Ceo talks a big game

Cons

Extremely shady hiring practices. Wont offer what you are worth, despite getting unicorn status funding. Don't waste your time on these clowns.

We’re sorry to read about your experience. We take input from our employees—past and present—seriously. Like many other companies, Honor benchmarks our pay against national averages and provides opportunities for merit adjustments annually. We review our pay structure regularly and can confirm that we offer equal pay for equal work. And like other growing, purpose-driven tech companies, we invest our funding in developing solutions to the challenge we’re out to solve: in our case, caring for the ballooning aging population. Right now, this means growing our workforce and developing ways for all of us to work smarter. We wish you the best in your future work.
