I was drawn to the mission of our company to serve others. Expanding the World's Capacity to Care is not a long-term vision or lofty goal, we are the leader in the senior care industry and are making a difference each and every day.

Cons

We are fast moving and pivot frequently. It might seem like a negative, but that's how you land on new and innovative ways of doing business and serving communities.
