It's all "bottom dollar". Every decision is hidden like its all some big secret and changes are done over night without a word to anyone that may need to know. Employees are treated terribly and always talked down to. Really this list would be excessive and a good blueprint on "what not to do"

- App is easy to follow - Enough work options - Weekly pay

Cons

- No gas reimbursement if a job is long distance. You only get reimbursed if you have more than one job location to go to in a day - Jobs with regular caregivers dictate who become part of the crew - Most situations are hospice cases with family members in the house just looking for something to find wrong
