Decent first job

Pros

Great hours and it’s work from home. Pay is good starting out. Pretty simple job with not a crazy amount of calls like other jobs.

Cons

Schedule is all over the place and you have to work one weekend day. You either work really early in the morning or start later in the day.

Pros

Remote, 401k match...nothing else, I really would never recommend anyone joining

Cons

Toxic leadership changes means everything is very political and where the company used to be very mission driven and be based around doing right by our caregivers, that is no longer the case and all management care about is profit at all costs. Only work here if you want to be treated like you're disposable, enjoy being fed to wolves everyday, and don't mind being belittled by white male god complex leaders. Also pays lower than market comp across all roles.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns. As you know, Honor just returned from our annual Franchise Convention; Building Tomorrow Together, where our amazing Rising Star Care Professionals of the Year and franchise owners were honored and celebrated multiple times for the amazing care they deliver to their clients. We welcome all employees' feedback and encourage you to leverage our Open Door policy and openly discuss specific issues. You can discuss this with your manager, functional team leader, the People Team or even anonymously through the Hub so we can work together to address your concerns productively. Our commitment to our employees is that you can grow at Honor as part of a united team where everyone shows up authentically, shares ideas bravely, and solves complex problems. Together, we're creating a new and better aging experience for all.
