Pros

Great Boss and flexibility, feel supported by department leadership.

Cons

Cutting benefits, dropping meds to help prevent chronic diseases. Would rather pay to treat diseases, guess that gives them more RVU’s in the end. Sad that a healthcare company treats their employees this way. Do not pay people what they are worth and do not care they will lose good people due to this. Told to cut costs and benefits are being cut then seeing what they spend money on is infuriating.

Pros

HonorHealth offers strong opportunities for growth within healthcare, especially for those interested in patient access, revenue cycle, and leadership development. The organization provides valuable hands-on experience, exposure to fast-paced hospital operations, and opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Leadership training, performance metrics, and operational accountability helped strengthen my professional skills.

Cons

Workload can be demanding, and staffing challenges may impact work-life balance at times. Like many healthcare organizations, processes can change frequently, which requires adaptability.
