Pros

Benefits are better than most places in this economy. Nice clean environment to work in. Flexible with scheduling to a point.

Cons

Unprofessional team management. Unrealistic expectations of staff. Lots of turnover in the last few years. Depending on where you work it can be a hostile work.environment.

If you like change....

Pros

Go to the old Scottsdale Healthcare hospitals for best care.

Cons

The merger has brought nonstop change and JCL managers taking over operations. Communication with employees is not as good as it used to be. High turnover of staff, inconsistent quality of care. Seems more focused on growth. No longer a place where you feel like family, you're just a number now. Health benefits get worse every year.

Good employees, some awful management practices

Pros

There are some good employees here who care about what they do and for patients.

Cons

Witnessing some management engage in discriminatory behavior was appalling, and cast a big cloud over what was an otherwise good experience at the company
