None, absolutely none at all

Cons

The environment is toxic due to favoritism, and the company is more concerned with making money than treating employees with respect. Everybody who works there is way overworked because no one else wants to work for this company. HonorHealth is a perfect example of keeping toxic employees and punishing hard-working ones. It is solely the company's fault that people leave.
