      Poor administrative management of Medical group, no respect for doctors, their advertising about caring for patient Doctor relationships --actions speak louder than words.

      Pros

      Benefits are very good. Medical insurance coverage in my eye is excellent. Prescription coverage is excellent too.

      Cons

      Merging with another hospital group has created a very bad working environment. Constant cut backs with staff and supplies. Hard to get anything done with less and less.
